A few notes before you write

• Corrections. If something on the site is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. We update pages rather than leave them wrong, and a good correction helps every reader after you.
• Health and safety. We are not a medical service. If you are dealing with a serious sting reaction or a possible allergy, contact a medical professional or emergency services, not us.
• Local rules. Questions about whether you can keep bees where you live, how many hives, or how to sell honey come down to your state and local ordinances. We can point you in the right direction, but the authority is your local government.
• We do not sell anything. We do not stock bees, hives, or equipment, so we cannot take orders or ship products. We are a guide, not a store.
